A wet walk at Kings hat.

we had a lot of rain overnight and this morning. Thunder lighting and hailstones, but it was dry this afternoon when we went for our walk. The Beaulieu river had flooded and we had a lot of fun getting across the river to return to the car.

Hi Mary....I found your blog via Val at Abe and Happy.
I saw you live in the New Forest and had to leave a comment. I've visited there and it's incredibly lovely! Those ponies in the town were really something.
We stayed at the White Buck Inn...with friends of ours who live in Christchurch. Such a lovely area.
Really enjoyed your photos here of the river...having been there, it brought back some nice memories.
