Cole Cottage is a restored Foresters cottage in the grounds of Furzey gardens. it was built in 1560 using timbers from Lymington shipyard. Some of the beams were clearly cut for use in ships.it was once the home of a family with 14 children. It was restored in the 20th century an many modern renovations were removed.
