Today we walked at Slufters Pond. I think this is Missy's favourite walk she loves this little pond and will happily swim for ages. Raffles prefers to pester humans for biscuits as we sit on the bank watching the dogs. On part of this walk there are lots of Harebells growing . They are such a pretty flower, a very delicate shade of blue which doesnt show that well in the photos.
There is also a lot of heather in this area and the bell heather which has a deeper shade of purple is in full flower now whilst theling heather is just beginnng to open.So we had a very pleasant walk with a trip to the pond as we started and again as we finished.
