A day out at Beaulieu

Today we went to Beaulieu in the New Forest. Although it is just down the road John and I haven't been here for over 20 Years. Palace House is the home of Lord Montague and he started The National Car Museum in 1952 with just five cars. Now there are hundreds. You can also visit the Abbey and the House as well as walking in the gardens so there is a lot to do.
Mattie really enjoyed photographing all the cars as well as visiting the house and we found time to rest in the gardens. We drove home through the Village of Beaulieu and finished the day by going out to dinner at La Pergola our favourite Italian restaurant
