York again

We went back to York today. John and I visited the Jorvik Viking museum. very interesting trip back in time but to dark for photos. Then Mattie and I went round York Museum. The museum is housed in the OldDebtors prison and The womens Prison. So much to see and although we went round fairly quickly it still took us 90 minutes. John then went up the castle tower and got some good views.
After lunch we took it in turns to walk the dogs around the walls at ground level whilst the others walked the walls and got good views of the city.
