A Busy Weekend

We have had a busy weekend.
On Saturday morning Missy went to Sway to take her Kennel Club Good Citizen Gold Award. She passed with flying colours along with the other five dogs taking the test that day. I am sure we were all very proud of our dogs.
We are continuing to have cold frosty nights and lovely sunny days.
I enjoy walking on a frosty morning and seeing the frost patterns on the trees and leaves.
This afternoon the Forest was very busy as everyone wanted to walk in the sunshine. We walked at Abbotts Well carpark. When we arrived there was a police car and a Bomb disposal van in the carpark. However there were also lots of cars and walkers and no one was stopping us from walking. As we walked we suddenly heard a big explosion in the distance and the hillside shook. When we got back to the car park the Police and Bomb disposal Van had gone.......maybe we will never know what happened.
