It is still cold and it took the sun along time to show his face today.
This morning we walked at Busketts, on the way to the carpark we heard on the radio that walkers in The Forest were being asked to look out for a missing Police dog who had disappeared chasing a deer!. We didn't see him.
Finally this afternoon the sun appeared and we walked at Canadian.
Now we are going to settle down and watch some Olympics with a cup of tea.

I hope the police dog is found! I am always afraid my two dogs will take off for the deer and I won't be able to find them. Do you have the problem we have walking & living in the woods--deer ticks & wood ticks? Summer is especially a time of caution, but even in winter months we will take ticks off the dogs. In some areas, the tick infestation is so severe we cannot bring the dogs to walk there. We have to be careful of Lyme Disease & other tick borne illnesses (for ourselves too).
