Mary, Do they get alot of walkers here?. Its good to see they have made it accessable for you.
The New Forest is a very popular tourist area....it became a national Park last year. This is on a fairly popular route, but normally you do not meet crowds of people away from the car parks. On an average tw hour walk we will only see a couple of other people even in the most popular season.
