Like the boots Mary! Do you hear a lot of birds during your walks? When I walk I can hear the birds on the dried leaves on the ground. It makes them sound more like a wild critter.

Yes we hear a lot of birds now. The woodpeckers can be heard drumming and plenty of other birds are singing. In a couple of weeks the Cuckoos will be arriving from Africa and soon we will be hearing their distinctive call as well.
