Mary where are Missy & Raffles when you take these pics - would they try and grab the goose?
LOL I am sure Missy would try and eat the goose! Raffles would probably hide behind me! They were in the car when I took these as this pond has signs saying No dogs. Many people sit in theire cars here just to watch the birds and it would be unfair to spoil their enjoyment. I just stopped off after they had their walk to see what was happening down at the pond.
The wild geese are having a rest here on their way to the North... We can hear them now and then when they fly by our house...
Marjolaine likes to watch them, thinking about the film with that young teenaged girl who saves a dozen of eggs from the marsh and ends up with baby geese running behind her...
