An Evening stroll at Kings Hat.

Our heatwave continues. This evening we went to kings Hat. The Beaulieu river runs along here and Missy was able to have a swim before we walked on the heath. Raffles was keen to go bunny hunting but I do not think he saw any tonight. The forest is looking very dry now and we made our way down the hill on a pony track. This led us over some very dry bog, not a walk we would do after rain. Last nights thunderstorms seem to have missed the forest and the weather forecast is for this hot spell to continue well into next week.
