Thank you so much for your beautiful e-card and good wishes for July 4th! What a lovely and delightful surprise! We'll celebrate tonight with friends coming for dinner. Afterwards - monsoon season permitting - we'll watch the annual fireworks show provided for a country club in the housing development next door. We have our "private" viewing: we sit on our patio with after-dinner drinks while the aerial fireworks burst right above us and reflect in our swimming pool. Thanks for all your nice comments about our BC Road Trip. I hope you can get back to Canada soon and enjoy some more of it.
