We walked from the carpark at Bratley View this afternoon. it was a ittle overcast but still no rain! The heather is beginning to flower and patches of purple are appearing everywhere.

I can see the purple in your second photo there--very nice color. Overcast here in York, too, but not as nice scenery around to make up for it.
Hi guys - Hi Dora - lovely to see her again. wont be long now and youll be showing us the autumn colours of the forest - you know I always thought summer was my favourite season - but now I think it may be autumn.
