A little sun makes so much difference!

Today we woke to frost on the grass but blue sky! Although it was still cold the sun warmed our faces and the blue sky made the forest so much more colourful. We walked at Ocknell so Missy could enjoy some freedom and we could keep an eye out for other dogs. (Although her season is over some dogs might still find her very interesting.) It is very open and green here and the pond, from which the carpark takes it name is really nothing more than a dew pool. Today the water was very shallow and iced over. Plenty of ponies were about enjoying the warmth of the sun. It was good to feel warm as we walked.
