Some more photos of the Mute swan family at Hatchetts Pond. All 7 cygnets are thriving and now getting their juvenile plumage. Wings are still a bit on the small size but they are being well looked after by their parents. they seem to let us get quite close but we witnessed a reall hissing and puffing up display when they spied a dog in the distance.
It was a really beautiful afternoon.

they are getting bigger :) those swans are so pretty - I could sit and watch them floating along on the river all day.
